FIRST RAY OF POWER
First Ray of Power หรือรังสีที่ 1 แห่งพลังอำนาจ เป็นพลังงานของการทำลายล้าง (Conscious Destruction) ที่สามารถใช้ไปในทางที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการกำจัดอดีตเพื่อการเริ่มต้นใหม่ รังสีแห่งพลังอำนาจนี้ มีคลื่นความถี่ของความเป็นผู้นำ ช่วยให้คุณสามารถยืนหยัดอยู่กับแสงสว่างแห่งความจริงภายในตัวคุณ เพื่อที่จะส่องสว่างให้ผู้อื่นได้เห็นเส้นทางของเขา รังสีนี้ช่วยสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับเจตจำนงค์อันแน่วแน่ เพื่อที่คุณจะได้ทำในสิ่งที่คุณเลือกได้จนสำเร็จ Ascended Master El Morya นำพรและช่วยส่งเสริมให้คุณเชื่อมั่นในความแข็งแกร่งของตัวเอง และเริ่มต้นทำในสิ่งที่มีความหมายกับคุณจริง ๆ
"เลือกทางไหนดี"
หากคุณรู้สึกสับสนว่าจะเลือกทางไหนดี ระหว่างการเริ่มต้นใหม่ หรือไปต่อกับความสัมพันธ์เดิม, การเลือกจะทำอะไรบางอย่าง หรือการเลือกแนวทางการใช้ชีวิต รังสีแห่งพลังอำนาจจะสร้างความชัดเจนให้กับคุณ เมื่อถึงเวลาที่คุณจะควรจะไปต่อกับชีวิต อะไรที่ฉุดรั้งคุณไว้จะถูกดึงออกไป อาจจะผ่านสถานการณ์บางอย่างที่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของคุณ หรือด้วยการกระทำของคุณเองที่เกิดจากการตระหนักรู้ภายในก็ได้
เมื่อรังสีแห่งพลังอำนาจปรากฏขึ้น คุณอาจจะรู้สึกขึ้นมาแบบไม่มีเหตุผลว่าแผนระยะยาวที่เคยมีความสำคัญกับคุณจำเป็นจะต้องถูกปรับเปลี่ยน หรือไม่ก็ถึงขั้นยกเลิกไปเลย บางครั้งคุณอาจจะรู้สึกถึงแรงบันดาลใจที่จะทำอะไรบางอย่างที่คุณเคยฝันไว้เมื่อนานมาแล้ว เมื่อรังสีนี้มีผลต่อชีวิตคุณ ความเข้าใจว่าอะไรเป็นประโยชน์หรือไม่เป็นประโยชน์จะเกิดขึ้นแบบชั่วข้ามคืน การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะทำให้คุณรู้สึกว่ามันใช่อย่างยิ่ง, โล่งใจ และเป็นประโยชน์ ซึ่งนั่นก็หมายความว่าจักรวาลกำลังยืนยันว่าสิ่งเหล่านั้นมีนัยสำคัญที่จะมีบทบาทต่อเส้นทางของคุณในขณะนี้

สุดท้าย เมื่อรังสีนี้สร้างหนทางให้ชีวิตคุณ มันถึงเวลาแล้วที่จะยอมรับความรักจากจักรวาล และปล่อยมือจากการควบคุมชีวิตตัวเอง ถอยออกมาและเฝ้าดู จักรวาลจะแสดงให้คุณเห็นว่าอะไรที่จำเป็นสำหรับคุณ และอะไรที่ควรเอาออกไปจากชีวิต หากบางสิ่งบางอย่างหรือบางคนไม่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตคุณอีกต่อไปแล้ว นั่นก็เป็นไปเพื่อสิ่งที่สวยงามกว่า เป็นจริงกว่า น่าพึงพอใจกว่า จะได้สามารถเข้ามาแทนที่ โปรดจำไว้ว่าจักรวาล หรือ Universal รักคุณ ต้องการให้สิ่งที่ดีที่สุด และประสบการณ์ที่งดงามที่สุดให้กับคุณ ขอจงเชื่อมั่นให้มากพอที่จะสร้างมันให้เกิดขึ้นกับตัวคุณเอง

Day 5 Exercise
ความจริงบนโลกนี้ที่เกี่ยวกับเรานั้นสามารถจัดได้เป็น 3 ประเภทใหญ่ๆ ด้วยกันคือ

Personal Truth : ความจริงที่เป็นอยู่แล้วในตัวเรา เช่น ความรู้สึก ศักยภาพ เหตุผลที่ได้เกิดมา

Imagined Truth : ความจริงที่เราคิดขึ้นมาเองในหัว แล้วเชื่อไปว่ามันคือความจริงเกี่ยวกับเรา เช่น การตัดสินตัวเอง การหมดความเป็นไปได้ในตัวเอง

Wanted Truth : ความจริงที่เราต้องการให้เกิดขึ้นแก่เราเอามากๆ เช่น อยากรวย อยากสวย อยากมีคนรักจริง
ความจริงที่เป็นความจริงอันแท้จริง ของเรานั้นคือ Personal Truth และเป็นสัจธรรมที่ใช้สร้างความอุดมสมบูรณ์ให้กับชีวิตของเราได้ ในขณะที่ Imagined Truth คือการหลอกตัวเอง และ Wanted Truth ทำให้เราเกิดความเครียด ความกังวล และกลัวว่ามันจะเป็นจริงไม่ได้เพราะอยากให้มันเป็นจริงเอามากๆ
คนที่ยิ่งมี Wanted Truth มากจะขับเคลื่อนชีวิตด้วย Masculine Energy เป็นหลัก และถ้าขาดการเชื่อมโยงกับ Femininity ของตัวเองด้วยแล้ว ก็จะกลายเป็นคนที่พยายามที่จะควบคุมสิ่งต่างๆ อย่างมาก ด้วยความกลัวที่ว่าผลลัพธ์จะผิดไปจากความจริงที่ต้องการให้เกิดขึ้น และเมื่อยิ่งควบคุมมากก็ยิ่งทุกข์มาก แต่ผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการกลับยิ่งเป็นตรงกันข้าม จนส่งผลให้เป็น Wounded Masculine & Wounded Feminine
การที่จะนำ Personal Truth ออกมาสร้างประโยชน์ให้กับตัวเราได้ นั้นอาศัยองค์ประกอบทางความคิด และพลังงาน Feminine Energy ต่อไปนี้

Surrender to the process : จงยอมจำนนต่อกระบวนการที่ Universe ร้อยเรียงมาให้เราทั้งทุกข์และสุข เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตให้กับเรา

Have faith in what you do : จงศรัทธาในสิ่งที่ตัวเองทำ หากเรามีความตั้งใจดี คือ มีการ set intention ให้เป็นไปเพื่อ The Highest Good of All

Believe in yourself : จงเชื่อในตน ว่าคุณมีทุกอย่างพร้อมอยู่แล้วที่จะทำให้มันออกมาดีได้
การโอบอุ้มการเป็นทั้ง 6 ประการนี้ จะทำให้เราสามารถค้นพบ Personal Truth ได้ และเราจะสามารถนำพาชีวิตของเรา รวมถึงคนรอบข้างที่เรารัก ไปสู่ความเจริญอันแท้จริง

คนที่ทำอะไรได้ออกมาดีอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์ใจในโลกนี้ล้วนแล้วแต่ไม่ได้พะวงกับ How (จะทำอย่างไร?) แต่เป็นคนที่มีทัศนคติต่อผลลัพธ์ดี (Good intention) และรู้ตัวว่ากำลังทำอะไรเสมอ? (Focus on What) โดยเชื่อมั่นว่า Universe จะนำผลลัพธ์มาสู่เขาในแบบที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ในเวลาที่เหมาะสมที่สุด (At the perfect time, In the perfect way )

3. นำกระดาษที่เขียน พับแล้วเอาไปฝังใต้ต้นไม้เพื่อให้ Mother Earth โอบอุ้มความเป็นคนของเรา และส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของเราในฐานะมนุษย์คนหนึ่งที่อาศัยร่างกายของเธอเป็นที่ดำรงชีวิต และเติบโตไปเป็นคนที่ดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ และทำสิ่งที่สร้างสรรค์ให้กับตัวเอง ผู้อื่น และโลกใบนี้เพิ่มขึ้นทีละวัน

“The First Ray of Power is energy of conscious destruction. It can be used in a healthy way to eliminate the past and allow for a fresh start. The First Ray also carries the frequency of leadership. It can assist you to stand in the truth of your light so others can find their way by it. It helps to strengthen your willpower so you can accomplish any task you choose. The Ascended Master El Morya brings you his particular blessing and encourages you to believe in your own strength and take the initiative on what matters most to you.”
"Which path should I choose?"
If you are confused about which path to take or whether to continue a certain relationship, course of action or lifestyle choice, the First Ray of Power will clarify matters for you. When it moves through our lives, whatever is holding us back will be removed – either through circumstances seemingly beyond our own control or by our own actions, based on a sudden inner knowing.
When the First Ray of Power is indicated, a long-term plan that was once important to you may suddenly seem as though it needs to change or even be released altogether. Or you may suddenly get the motivation to go for something you have been dreaming of for a long time. Once this ray affects your life, your understanding of what is helpful and what is not can change overnight. The changes will feel very true, freeing and helpful. Those people, dreams and opportunities that remain in your life afterwards have survived the ‘onslaught’ of divine will. This means that the Universe is confirming that they are meant to be part of your journey at this time.
The First Ray of Power also relates to matters of leadership and politics. Be open as to how your spiritual journey might be helpful in the world of politics, whether that be through aligning yourself with a cause that resonates deeply in your heart or through bringing a more open and discerning viewpoint into the often deceptive world of politics. Speaking your truth will be very helpful at this time, not only for you, but also for those around you who are willing to hear your voice and make their own choices from a clearer place within. Don’t be afraid to be heard. If your life purpose involves either driving a meaningful political cause forward or assuming a position of leadership in some other way, you’ll feel the truth of this and be given encouragement from the Ascended Master El Morya to trust yourself as a leader with heart and awareness.
Finally, when this ray makes its way into your life, it is time to accept the loving gauntlet being thrown down by the Universe and take your hands off the controls of your life! Detach and be curious. The Universe will show you exactly what you need and remove what you do not. If something or someone is no longer a part of your life, it will be so that a more beautiful, truthful and satisfying version of what you are surrendering can come into your world. Remember, the Universe loves you and wants only the best and most beautiful life experience for you. Trust it enough to let that happen now.

Day 5 Exercise
The truth in this world can be classified into the following three scope:

Personal Truth : The truth inside of us such as feelings, potentials and the real reason we were born.

Imagined Truth : The truth that we made up inside our head and then believe it's real such as self-judgment and lose all possibility in self.

Wanted Truth : The truth that we want it to happen to us such as being rich, being beautiful, or to have someone who really loved us.
The truth is truly real for us is Personal Truth, and it is the truth that creates full-fledged abundance for our life. While Imagined Truth is the act of Self-deception and Wanted Truth causes us stress, anxiety and fear, for the truth because you don't want it to be your reality.
The more people have Wanted Truth the more their life will drive with Masculine Energy. And if they lose connection with their Femininity, they become a person that wants to control things with fear. Because they are afraid that the outcome will never be what they are expected. The more they control the more suffering they have and the outcome will turn out to be the opposite. Result in the cause of Wounded Masculine & Wounded Feminine.
To reveal the Personal Truth to benefit ourselves, It’s rely on the elements of thought and the feminine energy as follows:

Surrender to the process : by surrender to the process of the universe. Which has been arranged to bring us both suffering and happiness for us to grow.

Universe loves you : knowing that you are always loved and always will be cared for.

Faith in Goodness : to having faith that everything will turn out good in the end.

Accept the Past : Accept to our loss in order to gain from it. Because nothing is wasted. All things that happened in the past are the necessary transition to growth.

Have faith in what you do : A good intend is coming from “Set intention” to be for The Highest Good of All

Believe in yourself : That you are ready to make it come out well.
By embracing these 6 elements we will discover our Personal Truth and we can lead our life including our loved ones into true prosperity.
Exercise
People who can do things extraordinary in this world, they do not worry about “How” but they have a good attitude towards results (Good intention). And they always know what they are doing (Focus on What) by trusting that in the end the universe will lead them to the outcome at the perfect time, In the perfect way.
