SPIRITUAL SERVICE
การสงสัยในตัวเอง หรือ Self-doubt เป็นพฤติกรรมที่ยากต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง มันส่งผลให้กระบวนการเติบโตทางจิตวิญญาณและการเติมเต็ม Life purpose ของคุณช้าลง จริงอยู่ มันไม่ได้หยุดคุณ แต่มันจะทำให้ความก้าวหน้าในการเติบโตของคุณเป็นเรื่องท้าทายยิ่งขึ้น มันง่ายกว่าที่จะเติมเต็ม Life Purpose เมื่อคุณเห็นความดีและความสามารถในตนเอง และทำในสิ่งที่คุณรักด้วยความสามารถนั้นให้ดีที่สุด จงตระหนักว่าคุณมีความสามารถเพียงพอในการทำให้ทุกอย่างให้ออกมาดีและมีคุณค่า มันถึงเวลาแล้วที่คุณจะปลดปล่อยความกลัวการล้มเหลวและความสงสัยในความสามารถของตนเอง คุณมีสิทธิที่จะมีชีวิตอย่างมีความสุขและประสบความสำเร็จ Universe เชื่อมั่นในตัวคุณ
"คุณถูกเรียกให้ทำภารกิจบางอย่าง"
คุณถูกเรียกให้ทำภารกิจบางอย่าง นั่นเป็นเหตุผลว่าคุณพร้อมแล้ว มีความสามารถและเต็มใจที่จะก้าวขึ้นไปอีกระดับทางจิตวิญญาณและการมีอิสรภาพ คุณอาจตั้งคำถามเกี่ยวกับความสามารถของตัวเองอยู่ในใจ คุณอาจจะกลัวว่าจะทำได้ไม่ดีพอ เพราะขาดทักษะหรือประสบการณ์ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าคุณสู้คนอื่นไม่ได้หรือไม่มีค่าพอที่จะทำมันให้สำเร็จ ความคิดเหล่านี้มันไม่ใช่อะไรเลย มันเป็นเพียงแค่ความเชื่อผิดๆเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าในตัวเอง ถึงเวลาแล้วที่จะต้องตระหนักว่าความเชื่อเหล่านั้นมันไม่จริงอีกต่อไป จงมีเมตตาต่อตัวเอง คุณจะมีความสุขมากขึ้นหากคุณเป็นอิสระจากความเชื่อเหล่านั้น เมื่อคุณสามารถปลดปล่อยตัวเองจากความเจ็บปวดได้ คุณจะมองโลกตามความเป็นจริงมากขึ้น และพบกับพรสวรรค์และความสามารถของคุณ บัดนี้มันถึงเวลาแล้วที่คุณจะเชื่อมั่นในความรักมากกว่าบาดแผลในชีวิต เมื่อคุณปลดปล่อยความเชื่อเก่าๆของคุณ คุณจะสามารถสร้างพื้นที่ภายในใจ ที่จะเกิดความภูมิใจที่สามารถทำประโยชน์ได้มากขึ้น จงยุติการขัดขวางความสามารถของตัวเอง ด้วยความเชื่อผิดๆ และสงสัยในตัวเอง คุณจะมีพลังในการทำอะไรมากขึ้นด้วย Intuition ของคุณและการชี้ทางจากเบื้องบน
เมื่อใดที่คุณพบว่าตัวเองถูก Block ด้วยความกลัวหรือความกังวลที่จะทำบางสิ่ง การตั้งคำถามง่ายๆ กับตัวเอง ว่าเราสามารถทำอะไรได้บ้างในขณะนี้เพื่อรับใช้สิ่งดีงามสูงสุด มันจะช่วยให้คุณก้าวข้ามผ่าน Blockage นี้ได้ คำตอบที่ได้มันจะช่วยให้คุณไม่กลับไปกลัวอีก มันจะสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแทนการสงสัย เพื่อให้เราก้าวไปข้างหน้าและคว้าโอกาสที่เกิดขึ้น ขอให้คุณมีความมั่นใจว่าจักรวาลสนับสนุนคุณอยู่ การรับรู้เช่นนี้จะนำคุณไปสู่ความสงบสุขในใจเพื่อที่คุณจะได้กลับมาเติบโตและแบ่งปันสิ่งที่คุณมีให้แก่โลกใบนี้
ถ้าคุณกำลังทำงานหนัก และใช้โอกาสที่คุณได้รับ แต่ยังรู้สึกว่าคุณยังไม่เข้าใกล้ที่ที่คุณต้องการจะไปเพื่อเติมเต็ม Life Purpose และ Divine Destiny เสียที คุณกำลังถูกเตือนให้กลับมามองว่าคุณได้บรรลุสิ่งใดไปแล้วบ้าง ให้ระลึกถึงผู้คนที่คุณได้เคยช่วยเหลือพวกเขาในวิธีของคุณ, สิ่งดีๆที่มีผลมาจากความรักที่คุณได้เติมให้แก่ดวงวิญญาณของมนุษย์ตามความประสงค์ในการมุ่งสู่หนทางแห่งจิตวิญญาณ จงเปิดใจและใส่ใจต่อสิ่งต่างๆ บนโลกนี้ Spiritual Service ของคุณถูกรับรู้โดยโลกทางจิตวิญญาณ และคุณจะมีพลังและกำลังใจที่จะทำประโยชน์มากขึ้นในวิถีทางที่ดีงาม การกระทำของคุณจะประสบความสำเร็จอย่างแน่นอน โดยมีความแข็งแกร่ง พลัง และความสงบที่เพิ่มขึ้น

พวกเราคิดว่า การรับใช้ให้ดีขึ้น (Serve Better) กับ การรับใช้ให้ยิ่งใหญ่ (Serve Greater) มันต่างกันอย่างไร?
เราได้พัฒนาจิตวิญญาณกันมาในระดับหนึ่งแล้วผ่านคอร์สปั้นตัวตน และ Feminine Energy ที่ใกล้จะถึง Finish Line ในอีก 3 วันข้างหน้า ในขณะที่เรียนทั้ง 2 คอร์สนี้พวกเราได้มีประสบการณ์กับการ Serve Better กัน ผ่านการตรวจการบ้านเพื่อนให้มากขึ้น และให้ดีขึ้น เรายังจำได้วันแรกๆ ที่เริ่มเรียน Feminine Energy กันได้ไหม เราตรวจการบ้านเพื่อนด้วยความรู้สึกจำใจทำเล็กๆ และไม่เห็นประโยชน์ของการทำเท่าไร นั่นเป็นเพราะเรายังไม่ได้โอบอุ้มคำว่า “Serve” กันเลย แต่พอเราทนทำมาเรื่อยๆ เราก็เริ่มตระหนักว่า เราเข้าใจอะไรได้ดีขึ้น และมากขึ้นก็เพราะตรวจการบ้านเพื่อนๆ นี่แหละ ต่อให้มันจะเป็นความเข้าใจที่เกิดขึ้นแบบงงๆ ก็ตาม และเมื่อมันเป็นการตรวจแบบไม่มีผิดถูก แต่ให้โอบอุ้มมุมดีๆ มา acknowledge และ empower ซึ่งเราก็ได้รับความซาบซึ้งขอบคุณกลับมา จนเรา Love to Serve ไปในที่สุดตอนนี้
กิ๊บรู้สึกภูมิใจในความตั้งใจอย่างไม่ลดละของพวกเรา ต่อความงง ต่อความอึดอัด ที่เกิดขึ้น เพราะความรู้สึกเหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องเกิด เพราะมันสร้างการเติบโตอย่างแท้จริงจากภายใน กิ๊บได้แต่เฝ้ามองอาการต่างๆ ของพวกเราอย่างรักใคร่ และอวยพรให้พวกเราข้ามผ่านจุดนั้นมาจนถึงจุดนี้ให้ได้จำนวนมากที่สุด
วันนี้ถึงเวลาแล้วที่คุณจะได้พัฒนาไปสู่การ Serve Greater เพราะการ Serve Better นั้นมันมีจุดอิ่มตัวของมัน ที่เรียกว่า Deminishing Returns แปลว่า ผลลัพธ์ที่ถดถอยเมื่อเทียบกับพลังงานที่ลงไป หากคุณเรียนเศรษฐศาสตร์มาคุณจะเข้าใจคำนี้ได้ดี เพราะจะว่าไปแล้ววิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ คือการศึกษาพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ที่ว่าด้วยเหตุเช่นไร สร้างผลเช่นนั้น เป็นวิชาที่หากคนเรียนไม่ได้มุ่งศึกษาไปเพื่อกระตุ้นและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและผลกำไร ก็จะสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปใช้ในการเคลื่อน consciousness ของคนได้
ลักษณะของการ Serve Better นั้น เมื่อมาถึงจุดที่เป็น Deminishing Return จะทำให้รู้สึกเบื่อ และตัน เพราะ motivation (แรงขับเคลื่อน) นั้นเป็น For Self (เพื่อตนจะได้รับด้วย) แต่การ Serve Greater นั้น จะไม่มีวันที่ไปอยู่ที่จุด Deminishing Return เพราะว่ามันไม่เกี่ยวกับการสร้างเหตุปัจจัย (inputs & outputs) แต่เกี่ยวกับการสร้างความหมาย และทำด้วยความรัก ที่มีความเป็น Selfless (ไร้ตัวตน) การ Serve Greater นี้จะทำให้มีพลังขับเคลื่อนมหาศาล เพราะขับเคลื่อนด้วยความรักอันยิ่งใหญ่ คือ ทำเพื่อสิ่งดีงามอันเป็นที่รัก ทำด้วยความรัก โดยไม่คาดหวังผลตอบแทน ทำแบบไร้เงื่อนไข แต่ในขณะเดียวกันกลับทำให้พัฒนาการของเราเป็นไปแบบก้าวกระโดด และสร้าง transformation ที่ไม่ได้คาดฝันให้เกิดขึ้นกับตัวเอง เพราะเราจะอยากพัฒนาตัวเรารอบด้าน เพื่อกลับไป Serve for the Greater Good (รับใช้ให้ดียิ่งๆ ขึ้นไป)
แม้ว่าคำอธิบายข้างบนอาจฟังดูซับซ้อนอยู่ แต่พวกเราก็ได้มีประสบการณ์กับการ Serve Greater ไปเรียบร้อยแล้วด้วยกิจกรรมของ Day 12 และ Day 14 ซึ่งกิ๊บจะสะท้อนโครงสร้างออกมาเป็นลำดับเพื่อให้พวกเราคิดตามเพื่อขยายความเข้าใจให้พวกเรา

ทำเพื่อสิ่งดีงามอันเป็นที่รัก : Mother Earth, Divine Father & Divine Mother

ทำด้วยความรัก : เป็นความรู้สึกดีๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นเพราะอยากทำดีๆ แบบไร้เหตุผล

ทำแบบไร้เงื่อนไข : ไม่ได้คาดหวัง ไม่ต้องการผลตอบแทน ปล่อยว่างข้อจำกัดทางกายภาพ ความสามารถ เวลา สถานที่

มีความหมายต่อมวลมนุษย์ และสรรพสัตว์ : กำหนดเป็นผลลัพธ์ชัดเจนไม่ได้ ไร้กลุ่มเป้าหมาย แต่รู้ว่ามันเป็นเรื่องที่ดี สำคัญ และยิ่งใหญ่ทั้งคุณค่า และปริมาณ

Spiritual Ecstasy : ก่อเกิดเป็นความอิ่มเอม ปิติสุข ตื่นเต้น มีพลังอย่างบอกไม่ถูก และรู้สึกอยากกลับไปมีประสบการณ์แบบนั้นอีก
ความมหัศจรรย์ของการ Serve Greater ก็คือ มันกำจัด Wounded Beliefs (ความเชื่อที่มาจากการบาดเจ็บทางจิตใจในอดีต) และ Bad Habits (นิสัยแย่ๆ) ต่อไปนี้
Self Doubts
การคิดวกวน ไม่แน่ใจว่าฉันพร้อมไหม? ฉันจะทำได้ไหม? ฉันเหมาะกันสิ่งนี้จริงๆ ไหม? ฉันชอบมันจริงๆ เหรอ?
Self Judgements
การคิดตัดสินว่าตัวเองไม่ดีพอ ไม่เก่งเท่าใครๆ เขา ประสบการณ์น้อย ด้อยอาวุโส คิดช้า เรียนรู้ช้า ขาดทักษะ ความรู้และทักษะไม่พอ
Expectations
การคาดหวังผลลัพธ์ชัดเจนกับเขา การคาดหวังผลประโยชน์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับเรา การคาดหวังว่ามันจะต้องออกมาดีให้ได้ มันต้องถูกต้อง
Comfort Zone
การทำเมื่อสะดวก เมื่อว่าง เมื่อมีอารมณ์จะทำ การทำเมื่อพร้อมเท่านั้น การทำในแบบที่คุ้นเคย การเลือกทำแต่เรื่องที่ถนัด
Fears
กลัวการยอมรับ กลัวว่ามันจะออกมาไม่ดี กลัวมีปัญหา กลัวคนด่า กลัวดูไม่ดี

SPIRITUAL SERVICE
Self-doubt can be a habit that is hard to break. It can slow down your spiritual progress and the fulfilment of your life purpose. Ultimately, it won't stop you, but it can make your progress seem more challenging. It's easier to fulfil your purpose when you acknowledge your own goodness and talent and do what you love to the best of your ability. Realise that you are enough, that your work is good and that you have something of value to offer. It is time to let go of fear of failure, concern about your ability and your right to live a happy and fulfilled life of success. The Universe believes in you.
"You are being called to service beyond"
You are being called to service beyond that which you have accomplished thus far. That is because you are ready, capable and willing to step up to another level of spiritual responsibility and freedom. Your mind, however, may question your ability. You may be afraid that you cannot perform well enough, that you are not skilled or experienced enough, that you are not as good as others or that you do not have enough value to offer. These are nothing more than wounded beliefs about yourself-worth. It is time to recognise this wounding and not empower these beliefs as truths anymore. Be kind to your mind. It will be happier without such beliefs. You can free yourself from the pain they cause and become more realistic about your gifts and your potential. Now it is time for you to trust love more than your wounds.
As you release these old beliefs, you create more space within you to receive impressions of how you can most joyfully serve the greater good. No longer hampered by undermining and draining beliefs in self-doubt, you will have more energy to act on your intuition and guidance.
If at any time you find yourself blocked by fear or performance anxiety, it can be helpful to release these blocks by simply asking yourself how you could best serve the greater good at this time. The answer to this question will never be to shrink back in fear! It will always be to belief over doubt. It will be to move ahead. To take the opportunity offered to you as a vote of confidence from the Universe. This realisation will bring you peace of mind so you can resume your progress and share what you have with the world.
If you have been working hard, taking the opportunities that have come to you and are still feeling as though you are not quite where you wish to be in terms of fulfilling your life purpose and divine destiny, you are now asked to acknowledge all that you have attained so far. Acknowledge all the people you have assisted in your own special way, all the positive influence of love that you have added to the collective human soul through your willingness to take your spiritual journey, open your heart and care about life on Earth. Your spiritual service has been noticed by the spiritual worlds, and you will be empowered to serve in increasingly beautiful ways. Your service is already successful and will only increase in potency, power and peace.

Day 18 Exercise
What do we think about the difference between “serve better” and “serve greater”?
We have developed our spirituality for some degree through “Pun Tuao Tone” and Feminine Energy and almost reached the finish line in the next 3 days. While we are learning these courses, we have experienced serving better by examining our classmates’ homework more and better. Do you still remember the first day of learning Feminine Energy? We examined other’s homework with a little feeling of unwillingness and didn’t see the benefits of doing it. That’s because we haven’t embraced “serve” yet. After we continue doing it, we begin to realize that we understand more and better because we examine other’s homework even though we are confused about how we could understand it. Since it is an examination that isn’t based on right or wrong judgment, but to embrace the good points by acknowledging and empowering. At the end, we received thankful appreciation from others that made us Love to Serve now.
I feel proud of your relentless determination even if you are confused, frustrated. These feelings have to occur because they create true growth from within. I have observed these reactions of you all with love and wish that many of you will go from point A to point B as many as you can.
Today is the time for you to develop to Serve Greater because Serve Better has its saturation point that is called Diminishing Returns. It is the result of retrograde when compared to the energy that is invested. If you studied Economics, you will understand this word very well. Economics is a study of human behaviour that based on what reason will cause such an effect. It is the subject that if the students didn’t aim to stimulate and develop the Economy and profits, they can use the knowledge to move human’s consciousness.
The characteristic of Serve Better is when it reaches the point of Diminishing Returns, it will make you bored and get stuck. As its motivation is For Self (I will receive it too) but Serve Greater will never have the point of Diminishing Returns. As it isn't related to creating inputs & outputs, but related to creating meaning and doing with love with being Selfless. Serve Greater will generate enormous energy as it powered by greater love, which are doing for the beloved highest good of all, doing with love without expecting anything in return, doing without conditions while it makes our development surge immediately and create unexpected transformation to ourselves because we want to develop ourselves in every way to serve for the greater good (serve well and improve).
Even though the above explanation is complicated, we have been experienced with Serve Greater already with Day 12 and Day 14 activities. I will reflect the structure respectively for you to think along and clarify the understanding for you.

Doing for the beloved highest good of all: Mother Earth, Divine Father & Divine Mother

Doing with love: It is a good feeling that happens because you want to do good things without reasons.

Doing without conditions: Unexpected, don’t want anything in return, let go of physical limitations, abilities, time and place.

Have meaning to humanity and other living things: Cannot specify the clear result, no target group but knows that it is a good thing, important and great for value and quantity.

Spiritual Ecstasy: Generate delightfulness, joy, excitement, have indescribable high energy and want to have the same experience again.
The wonder of Serve Greater is it destroys Wounded Beliefs (The beliefs from psychological trauma in the past) and Bad Habits as follow;
Self Doubts
Think back and forth, unsure if I’m ready? Can I do it? Am I suitable for this? Do I really like it?
Self Judgements
The judgmental thoughts that I’m not good enough, Not as good as others, have few experiences, too young, think too slow, lack of skills, Not enough knowledge and skills.
Expectations
Expect the clear results from others, expect benefits that will happen to us, expect that it has to turn out good or right.
Comfort Zone
Do when feel comfortable, available or have the feeling in doing it, do when I’m ready, do the way I get used to, choose to do only what I’m good at.
Fears
Afraid of acceptance, fear that it won’t turn out good, fear of problems, fear of getting scolded, fear of not looking good.
Exercise
Serve Greater is a behaviour of those who experienced spiritual awakening on some level. It normally leads to Soul Purpose discovery. Today’s activity is to simulate the process of finding Soul Purpose through Serve Greater.
We will rely on the skill of entering a meditation state that is similar to Homework 6 of “Pun Tuao Tone” to see the picture respectively. The pictures that we see will be abstract or fantasy.

Enter the 1st meditation to see the symbols that reflect the meaning of what you do.
