FAMILY OF LIGHT

ในขณะที่บางดวงวิญญาณ (soul) กลับมาเกิดใหม่เพื่อที่จะเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับตัวเองหรือคนรอบข้าง บางดวงวิญญาณมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการกลับมาเพื่อสอนให้คนรู้จักความรักอันไร้เงื่อนไข คุณคือหนึ่งในดวงวิญญาณนั้น ที่เลือกจะเกิดมาเพื่อมอบความรักให้กับทุกสรรพสิ่ง
เพื่อยึดเหนี่ยว Life Purpose นี้ให้มั่นคง คุณอาจจะมีปัญหาในการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัว บางทีคุณอาจจะรู้สึกว่าตัวเองแตกต่างจากคนในครอบครัวเดียวกัน เป็นคนที่ไม่มีใครเข้าใจ คุณอาจจะสัมผัสได้ถึงความรักจากคนในครอบครัว แต่ก็ไม่สามารถที่จะดำเนินชีวิตในแบบที่พวกเขาเป็นได้ บางทีคุณอาจสูญเสียคนในครอบครัวจากการหย่าร้าง, โรคภัยไข้เจ็บ, โรคซึมเศร้า และความตาย หรือไม่ก็จากการเสพติดอะไรบางอย่าง หรือภาวะทางอารมณ์ที่ไม่มั่นคงทำให้คุณต้องห่างจากคนในครอบครัวไป
หากพ่อและแม่ของคุณได้จากไป คุณจำเป็นต้องได้รับการเยียวยาทางอารมณ์เพื่อรักษาความเจ็บปวด และเข้าใจวัตถุประสงค์ของการจากลา เพื่อที่การเชื่อมโยงทางจิตวิญญาณของคุณยังคงครบถ้วน บริสุทธิ์ และมีพลัง คุณจำเป็นต้องมองข้ามผ่านครอบครัวของคุณ เพื่อที่จะค้นพบว่าตัวเองเป็นส่วนหนึ่งและอุทิศตนเพื่อมวลมนุษยชาติ

ถึงเวลาแล้วที่คุณควรจะเลิกทำตาม Pattern เดิมๆ ที่คอยเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเอง เพื่อให้เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ แต่วางใจที่จะเป็นตัวของตัวเองในแบบที่ควรจะเป็น ซึ่งเมื่อเป็นตัวของตัวเองแล้ว ความเป็นคุณจะดึงดูดความรัก และมิตรภาพจากคนที่มี Vibration ในระดับเดียวกันกับคุณเข้ามา จงปลดปล่อยความเจ็บปวด และการถูกปฏิเสธไว้ข้างหลัง คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้มันเพื่อการเติบโตอีกต่อไป
จงมีความกล้า จงอธิษฐานเพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับ Family of Light ไม่เพียงแต่ในโลกทางจิตวิญญาณเท่านั้น แต่รวมถึงบนโลกใบนี้ด้วย อนุญาตให้พวกเขาเข้ามา จงรับรู้ว่าคุณนั้นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของที่นี่ทั้งร่างกายและจิตวิญญาณ ที่จะได้รับความรัก, การโอบกอด, การสัมผัส, การรับฟัง และการยอมรับ ในแบบที่คุณเป็น

ศักยภาพในการที่จะรักนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่มาคู่กับการเติบโตทางจิตวิญญาณ เพราะคนที่จิตวิญญาณยังไม่ได้รับการพัฒนา การรักตัวเองอย่างแท้จริงจะเป็นไปได้ยากมาก และจะขาดความสามารถที่จะรักคนที่ตัวเอง “คิดว่ารัก” คนในครอบครัวเดียวกัน คนอื่นๆ สิ่งมีชีวิตอื่นๆ และขาดความรักในธรรมชาติไปเลย โลกแบบ 3D ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย wounded masculine energy จึงเป็นโลกของคนไร้หัวใจที่เต็มไปด้วยการหลอกลวงสร้างภาพ แสวงหาประโยชน์เข้าตัว และต่อสู้แข่งขัน... การพัฒนาด้านจิตวิญญาณโดยเริ่มจากการเอาหัวใจกลับคืนสู่คน และให้คนกลับมามีความรู้สึกจากใจได้อีกครั้ง ด้วยการเพิ่ม Feminine Energy จึงเป็นก้าวแรกของการบำบัดจิตวิญญาณให้เข้าสู่ภาวะสมดุลย์ เพื่อนำไปสู่พัฒนาศักยภาพที่จะรักในขั้นต่อไป
โดยธรรมชาติแล้วสัตว์สังคมทุกชนิดจะรักสิ่งที่เหมือนกัน เราจึงไม่เห็นการผสมพันธุ์ระหว่างหมากับม้า หมูกับหนู นกฮูกกับแมว... มนุษย์ก็เหมือนกับสิ่งมีชีวิตเหล่านั้น ที่จะมีพฤติกรรมตามธรรมชาตินี้ด้วย ดังนั้น มนุษย์ที่มีใจสงบสุขจะรักกันเอง และมนุษย์ที่มีใจจมทุกข์ก็จะรักกันเองเช่นกัน นี่คือกระบวนการคัดสรรตามธรรมชาติ ที่อัฉริยะมาก
ศักยภาพที่จะรักนั้นสามารถเพิ่มได้ด้วยการเอาเงื่อนไขในการรักออกไป ไม่ว่าจะเป็น

เมื่อความรักที่ถูกนิยามด้วยเงื่อนไขทางครอบครัว สังคม และกฏหมาย ถูกลดความสำคัญลงไปได้ ความรักอันบริสุทธิ์และยิ่งใหญ่เหนือการนิยามใดๆ และครอบคลุมทุกเงื่อนไขจนไร้เงื่อนไข จะสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้

...กิ๊บเคยเสียใจว่าทำไมกิ๊บถึงไม่มีแม่ที่ต้องการจะรักและเอาใจใส่เลี้ยงดูกิ๊บ
คนที่เป็นพ่อที่ดีนั้น คือผู้ชายที่มี Empowered Masculinity with Positive Expression ส่วนคนที่เป็นแม่ที่พร้อมคือ ผู้หญิงที่มี Empowered Femininity with Positive Expression แต่ทั้งพ่อและแม่ของกิ๊บกลับไม่ใช่ผู้ชายและผู้หญิงแบบนั้น จนทำให้ความรู้สึกว่า “การมีพ่อ” นั้นหายไป และ “การมีแม่” ก็คือมีไม่ได้ ซึ่งก็แน่นอนว่าความรู้สึกแบบนี้จะทำให้กิ๊บตกอยู่ในสภาวะของความเคว้งคว้าง เหงา เสียใจ และ เจ็บปวด
สภาวะเหล่านั้น ถือเป็นความเจ็บปวดที่จำเป็นต่อการเติบโต และจำเป็นต่อการผลักดันให้มองหาความรักที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าสายเลือดและกฏหมาย และเมื่อวันที่ความเจ็บปวดเหล่านั้นไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นสิ่งที่สร้างการเติบโตให้เราอีกต่อไป เพราะเราได้โตจากมันแล้ว เราจะสามารถเห็นพ่อแม่ที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าพ่อแม่ที่เห็นอยู่ (See beyond Father & Mother figures) คือการได้เข้าถึง Divine Father และ Divine Mother ที่เป็นพ่อแม่ผู้ส่งเรามาเกิดที่นี่ และให้การคุ้มครอง ดูแล เอาใจใส่เรามาตลอดเวลาที่มีชีวิตอยู่บนโลกนี้ จึงทำให้สามารถรับรู้ถึงความรักอันยิ่งใหญ่ ได้ชัดเจน มันช่างอบอุ่น ปลอดภัย สบายใจ ในระดับลึกถึงวิญญาณ
ความรักในวันนี้ที่กิ๊บมี จึงไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่ที่คนในสายเลือดเดียวกัน หรือ คนชาติเดียวกัน แต่เป็นการรักมนุษย์ด้วยกันเฉกเช่นพี่น้องในครอบครัวของ Divine มันเปลี่ยนกิ๊บจากความรู้สึกเหงา โดดเดี่ยว และกลัว กลับกลายเป็นความรู้สึกอบอุ่น ปลอดภัย เสมอ ตลอดเวลา เพราะรู้ดีว่า ตัวเองกำลังใช้ชีวิตอยู่กับ Family of Light ที่ทุกสรรพสิ่งล้วนมาจากพ่อแม่เดียวกัน เราคือแสงสว่างเหมือนกัน และเรามีความรักในหัวใจเป็น Divine Father และ Divine Mother ของเรา และเราก็กำลังให้และรับความรักจากพี่น้องร่วมโลกของเราทั้งหมด

กิจกรรมวันนี้จะใช้ทักษะเดียวกันกับที่พวกเราได้ฝึกมาใน Day 3 ของ 10-Day Healing คือการส่งลมหายใจออกจากใจคุณสู่คนข้างหน้า 5 คน คราวนี้เราจะนำทักษะนั้นมาขยายผล เป็นการส่งความรักผ่านลมหายใจไปยัง Family of Light ทั้งหมดของเรา

FAMILY OF LIGHT
The limits that much of humanity place upon their love that they will love their own family, country, religion or community better than they love those on the outside, do not restrain your heart. You are capable of loving humanity, of loving all creation on Earth, as an extended spiritual family. You will love all as your own. You are meant to belong to a broader family of light.
“Reborn In order to learning”
While some souls have incarnated to learn about 'us and them', others have the purpose of teaching unconditional, all embracing love. You are one of these. You have taken life to love the many, not just the few.
For this life purpose is to be anchored issues and your biological family may keep you from bonding with them in a typical way. Perhaps you are the odd one in your family, the one who no one really understood. Perhaps you felt loved but couldn’t live the way your family seemed comfortable to live. Maybe you lost family members through divorce, disease, depression and death .Or through addiction and emotional maturity that left you disconnected from key family members.
If your father figure was absent whilst you must do the emotional healing work to process that pain understand the purpose of that absence for your own spiritual connection to remain intact, pure and powerful. If your mother figure was absent whilst you are advised to do emotional work to process the pain understand the purpose of that absence for you to look beyond your immediate family to find your place and find yourself belonging to and being devoted to the entire human race.
This pain was part of how you remain unconditioned by the more typical family bonds. Whilst these bonds are necessary for many souls to experience their life lessons the difficulty you may have experienced regarding them helped push you to become a child of love. You had to seek family in expansive ways remaining open as you searched for love rather than feelings satisfied by your immediate tribe and closed to those outside of it.
You can come to your experience not as a victim of circumstance but as an empowered soul. Process it, heal, forgive and step into the spiritual blessing gained through your typical relationships with your biological family. Although you are not meant to belong in a traditional way to your family of origin, you shall not be denied the love you need. You are here to help build human family joined by more than blood or legal Union. It will not just be you loving the world but they would be loving you. The power of your heart to give and receive love shall not be wasted.
So it is time to gently undo the patterns of attempting to fit in. Instead, trust that you are exactly as you were meant to be, when you do you magnetism will draw love and friendship from those who vibrate at a similar level of consciousness to you. Leave past hurts and rejection behind. You no longer need them to grow.
Be brave, pray to connect to your family of light not only in spirit but also here on earth. Let them in, know that you belong here in spirit and in body to be loved, held, touched, listened to and accepted just as you are.

Day 14 Exercise
The potential to love comes with Spirituality growth, because it would be difficult for the soul that has not been developed to have self-love and they are lack of the capability to love their loved one (they thought that they love them), their family, other people, other beings and natures. A 3D world is driven by wounded masculine energy. Therefore it's a heartless world that is full of deception, exploitation and competition. The Spiritual development starts with returning the heart to the person and allowing the person to feel their heart again. With increasing Feminine Energy, is the first step to healing the soul into balance and to developing the potential to love for them.
Naturally, in every being society on the planet, they will mate with the same species. So, we won’t see mating between dogs and horses, pigs and mice, owls and cats. The peaceful humans will love each other. And humans with suffering will love each other as well. This is a natural selection process. Which is very genius.
The potential to love can be enhanced by removing the condition of love, whether it is
...We are all in the same family. We have to love each other very much. This one creates a lot of selfishness. Because Love is really is greater than "blood"
.…We have to love each other because we are married. This creates a condition to control, Because Love is really greater than "marriage certificate"
When love is defined by the condition of family, social, and legal terms, this will shatter away. The Unconditional Love that is pure and greater beyond definition and conditions.
... I used to wonder why I have a father who didn't want to protect me at all
... I used to regret why I didn't have a mother who wants to love and care for me.
A good father is a man who has Empowered Masculinity with Positive Expression, while a fully ready mother is a woman who has Empowered Femininity with Positive Expression, but neither of my parents are men and women like that. The feeling like this, It made me very feel lonely, sorrow and pain
Those conditions are a pain necessary to grow. And necessary to push ourselves for love greater than blood and legal terms. And when those pains are no longer necessary for us to grow because we already have grown from it, we will be able to see beyond Father & Mother figures. It is to have access to the Divine Father and the Divine Mother who sent us here to be born. And to protect and care for us all the time that we have living on this earth. Thus able to recognize clearly great love. It was warm, safe and comfortable in the soul depth.
Today's love that I have, therefore not limited to people of the same bloodline or people from the same country. Rather, it is a love of humanity, like the siblings in the Divine family. It changed me from a feeling of loneliness and fear to become warm and safe. Because I knew that I was living with the Family of Light, where everything is from the same parent, we are the same light and we have love from Divine Father and Divine Mother and we are giving and receiving love from all our brothers and sisters in this world.
Love is in my heart.
Light is in my heart.

Exercise
Today's activity will use the same skills we have practiced in Day 3 of 10 Day Healing, which requires you to breath from your heart to the five people in front of you. So, this time we will apply that process and send love to all of our Family of Light.
1. Meditate OM Benza Satto Hung in order to clear karma and allow ourselves to be the light of love and faith. Keep meditating until you can imagine yourself full of Light.
2. Meditate to send love as the light from our heart to the Divine Father & Divine Mother and bring the light from above down through your hearts and pass on it as love to Mother Earth. Which is the core of the earth that nourishes our body and our life.

* Imagining that you are the phoenixes flying on the earth's atmosphere
* Open your heart chakra as wide as possible and send love as a light through the breath to the heart of the trees and forest.
* Send it until you see all the trees and forests turn into light then proceeded to another forest area.

5. Meditate to send love as a light from our heart to all human that living in countries
* Imagining that we are the Light Body walking to meet human beings in each countries
* Open your heart chakra as wide as possible and send love as a light through breath to those people’s hearts.
* Keep sending until you see all of them become the light and then proceeded to find other nationalities
