ทุกการเติบโตจากความเป็นคนเก่า สู่ความเป็นคนใหม่นั้น เป็นเรื่องที่น่าภาคภูมิใจเอามากๆ พวกเราลองนึกย้อนไปเมื่อ 5 เดือนที่แล้วดูนะ แล้วสังเกตว่าความรู้สึกของตัวเองที่มีต่อตัวเอง มีต่อคนรอบข้าง และมีต่อชีวิตนั้น เปลี่ยนแปลงไปมากแค่ไหน? เราน่าจะพบกับคำตอบว่า “สบายใจขึ้นมาก” “เข้าใจอะไรได้มาก” ใช่ไหม?
แต่ดูนะ... เราผ่านอะไรมาบ้าง? ระหว่างทางมันแลกมาด้วยอะไร?
ความรู้สึกดีๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นได้ในตอนท้าย คือตัวสะท้อนการเติบโต เพราะเมื่อเราโตขึ้น สิ่งเดิมๆ ที่เคยทำให้เราไม่สบายใจหรือทุกข์ใจก็จะไม่สามารถทำอะไรกับเราได้ เปรียบเสมือนตอนที่เราเป็นต้นไม้เล็กๆ เราอาจดูโทรมทันทีที่พายุซัดมา แต่เมื่อเราเติบโตเป็นต้นไม้ใหญ่ เราจะไม่รู้สึกว่าพายุนั้นเป็นปัญหาอะไรกับชีวิต หรือพูดได้ว่า ได้โตกว่าสิ่งแวดล้อม จนสิ่งแวดล้อมนั้นไม่สามารถมากำหนดสภาพใดๆ ให้กับต้นไม้ได้... คนก็เช่นกัน หากเราโตขึ้นจริง เราจะใหญ่กว่าปัญหา จนปัญหามันกลายเป็นเรื่องธรรมดาที่ทำอะไรเราไม่ได้ และไม่สามารถมากำหนดสภาวะทางจิตใจให้กับเราได้
การเติบโตเป็นต้นไม้ใหญ่ได้นั้นต้องผ่านกระบวนการที่มาพร้อมกับความอัดอึดบ้าง ความไม่สบายบ้าง ความสูญเสียบ้าง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแดดที่แผดร้อนที่ต้องทนรับไว้ในทุกๆ วันโดยไม่ยอมให้ใบไหม้ไปก่อน...ไม่ว่าน้ำจะแล้ง ไม่ว่าน้ำจะท่วม ก็จะหยั่งรากลึกขึ้นเพื่อไปหาน้ำใต้ดิน และโตให้สูงใหญ่กว่าน้ำที่ท่วมได้ในบริเวณนี้... การอยู่ให้ได้กับสิ่งแวดล้อมตามธรรมชาติแบบนี้ คือการมีความสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างหนึ่ง ซึ่งแม้จะดูเหมือนว่าสิ่งแวดล้อมทำร้ายต้นไม้อยู่บ่อยๆ และท้าทายความอดทน ความพยายามที่จะเอาตัวรอดของต้นไม้ แต่สิ่งแวดล้อมก็อุ้มชูต้นไม้ และกระตุ้นการเติบโตให้ต้นไม้เล็กเป็นต้นไม้แกร่ง เช่นกัน
การเติบโตของคนเรานั้น พึ่งพาความสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมของเรา ไม่ต่างกันกับต้นไม้ เพียงแต่สิ่งแวดล้อมของเรานั้นคือคนในชีวิตเรานั่นเอง เขาเป็นทั้งผู้อุ้มชู และเป็นทั้งพายุ ภัยแล้ง น้ำท่วม ฯลฯ ที่ทำให้เราต้องเติบโตผ่านความรู้สึกเจ็บปวดหลายอย่าง จึงขอให้เราเรียนรู้ที่จะอยู่กับสิ่งแวดล้อมของเราให้รอด และให้เราเติบโตทางจิตวิญญาณไวๆ เพื่อที่สิ่งแวดล้อมของเราจะได้ทำอะไรเราไม่ได้ และไม่สามารถมากำหนดสภาวะจิตใจของเราได้เลย
แบบฝึกหัด
เรามีพ่อแม่ที่เหมาะกับเราที่สุด เรามีคนรักทั้งในอดีต และปัจจุบันที่ก็เหมาะสมแล้วกับเราเช่นกัน เรามีเพื่อนร่วมงาน หัวหน้า ลูกน้อง และเพื่อนๆ ที่ล้วนแล้วแต่ดีเหมาะสมกับเราทั้งนั้น เพราะเขาทำให้เราเติบโต แม้ว่ามันจะมีความเจ็บปวดอยู่ในการมีความสัมพันธ์กับพวกเขาก็ตาม มันก็ดีงามตรงที่เป็นการเจ็บที่ทำให้เราโตแกร่ง และโตไว

สถานะภาพของคนในชีวิตเรา (ไม่ต้องเอ่ยชื่อ) และความรู้สึกเจ็บปวดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการมีเขาในขีวิต อาจเป็นคน 1 คนที่ทำให้โคตรเจ็บ หรือ อาจเป็นกลุ่มคนที่สร้างความรู้สึกแย่ๆ โดยรวมๆ ก็ได้ ให้คุณเลือกมาหนึ่ง

ความเจ็บปวดนั้นผลักดันให้เราเติบโตไปสู่อะไร?
เช่น การที่พ่อแม่ไม่ได้ต้องการให้เราเกิดมา ไม่อยากมีเราเป็นลูก นั้นเป็นความเจ็บปวด อย่างแสนสาหัส แต่มันก็ผลักดันให้เราไปสู่การยอมรับและต้องการตัวเองในท้ายที่สุด มันทำให้เรารู้ว่าเหลือแค่คนเดียวในโลกจริงๆ ที่จะสามารถยอมรับเราได้ นั่นก็คือตัวเราเอง และเมื่อมีแค่คนนี้คนเดียวเท่านั้นที่จะทำหน้าที่นี้ได้ คนๆ นี้จึงจะทำให้ดีที่สุด ผลคือการยอมรับตัวเองแบบไร้เงื่อนไข และในทุกๆ เงื่อนไขจึงเกิดขึ้น

การเติบโตนี้สร้างคุณค่าอะไรให้กับเราและกับคนรอบข้างบ้าง?
เช่น การยอมรับตัวเองแบบไร้เงื่อนไข และในทุกๆ เงื่อนไขจึงเกิดขึ้น ได้แล้ว เราจึงมีความพึงพอใจในตนเอง ชอบตัวเอง และเห็นค่าตัวเอง จนก็สามารถเห็นพฤติกรรมของพ่อแม่แบบเดิมๆ ที่ส่อถึงการไม่ยอมรับเรา เป็นเรื่องเล็กๆ ที่ทำอะไรเราไม่ได้ ทำให้เราอยู่กับเขาแบบไม่หงุดหงิดใจ บรรยากาศการอยู่ร่วมกันนั้น เปลี่ยนเป็นความสบายใจขึ้นมาก เพราะเราเข้าใจอะไรได้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม

When the wisdom of the Divine Feminine reaches for you, the message is clear: You are in the process of becoming more of heaven on earth. Sometimes there are growing pains alongside the joy such growth brings. You may feel concerned, thinking your pain is an indication that you are failing in some way. You may judge your suffering as a sign that you are not operating at a ‘high enough’ frequency.
Yet how many spiritual masters upon this planet have endured great suffering, as well as experiencing tremendous love and joy, in the fulfillment of their divine destiny? Growing pains are just part of the feminine path of creation, of breaking through what has become too small for you. There is joy in the eventual freedom, but the act of breaking through can feel painful at times.
When things are difficult or you are feeling doubt – when you feel the need to do something that scares you and challenges you at the depths of your being – you are experiencing growing pains. They will pass, and you will benefit from the growth. However, you need to know that, whilst this difficulty is in your life, the Divine is very much with you, encouraging you, believing in you so much that it will deliver a tough lesson. You can handle it for however long it needs to continue (and that won’t be forever).
This oracle also brings you a message about how much the Divine Feminine loves you and wants to help you grow with the least struggle and the most peace. If you don’t listen to her, instead choosing to believe in fear, you may be terrified of your growing pains. You won’t be sure if they will ever end. You may doubt your ability to turn adversity into triumph. You may lose faith, instead of trusting that life has your best interests at heart, and that you are capable of meeting any challenge that arises. Instead of trusting, you may believe the world isn’t safe. This can keep you paralyzed in self-defeating, self-harming patterns. While these may give you a temporary, familiar satisfaction, ultimately, these patterns mean you will continue to struggle and suffer under the weight of addiction or emotional pain. You deserve so much better than that.
The Divine Feminine speaks to you now and promises that if you are willing to show up to your life each day and trust in the circumstances before you, she will guide you into your most beautiful divine destiny. It is safe to trust her. She wants for you only the best and most beautiful life journey – one perfectly suited for all that you are and all that you can be. Your heart beats in perfect rhythm with the heart of love at the center of our Universe. Trust your heart, and trust life. All is progressing beautifully, as you are guided ever deeper into your divine fulfillment.

Day 11 Exercise
Every growth from your old self to become a new person is something you should be proud of. Back to five months ago, can you notice how you change feelings with yourself, with others, and with life? We should find the answer which is “more peaceful” “understand a lot of things” right? But look closely… What have we been through? Along the way, what did it cost us?
Good feelings that have happened at the end, is the reflection of growth. Because when we grow up, the old things that used to make us uneasy or unhappy will not be able to do anything to us. Just like comparing ourselves with a small tree, We may look instantly shabby as the storm strikes. But when we grow into a big tree, we will not feel that the storm is a problem with life. We could say that to grow beyond the environment, the environment will be unable to do things to the tree… Same as for people, if we actually grow up. We are bigger than the problem, then the problem becomes normal that cannot do anything to us. And unable to determine the state of mind for us
To grow into a big tree, the process comes with some discomfort and some loss. Whether it is the scorching sun that has to be tolerated every day without ever letting the leaves burn… whether the water is drought, whether there will flood. The root will find underground water sources and grow taller than beyond the flood in the area... Living in this natural environment like this, is to have a relationship with the environment as well. Although it seems that the environment is frequently harming the trees and has been challenging them to survive. But the environment is nourishing the trees and stimulating the growth of young trees to become strong trees.
Our own personal growth relies on relationships with the environment too, in the same way as a tree does. But the environment for us is the person in our life. They are the nourisher and they are the storms and the floods, who make us grow strong through the many pain and suffering. Please let ourselves learn to live with the environment and survive it. And let us grow in Spirituality so that the environment can not harm us and unable to determine the state of mind for us at all.
Exercise
We have the most suitable parents for us. We have loved ones in the past and now that is appropriate for us as well. We have colleagues, bosses, and friends who are all suitable for us. Because they made us grow even though there are pains in our relationship with them. Which is nice that even it was the pain, but it is this pain that makes us grow stronger and grow faster.
Write a Letter of Pain and Gratitude to thank the people in our lives who have helped inflict the pain that is necessary for us to grow. The content of this letter covers issues related to...

The status of the people in our lives (Do not mention the name) and the pain that comes from having these people in life, it can be one person that causes so much pain, or it can be a group of people who cause bad feelings overall. Choose one.

What does the pain drive us to grow into?
Example: Parents do not want us to be born, don't want us to be children. This causes a great deal of pain seriously, but it drives us to steps towards self acceptance and self love. It makes us realize that there is only one person in the world to be able to accept us is ourselves. And when there is only one person that can do this role, this one person will do the best. The result is unconditional self acceptance, and every condition it happens.

What value does this growth bring to us and to those around us?
Example: Unconditional self acceptance and in all conditions is now possible. Therefore we are satisfied with ourselves, like ourselves, and value ourselves. Even to be able to see our parents' behavior that implies to not accept us, and it will not affect us anymore. Makes us live with them without frustration. The atmosphere of coexistence changes into peace of mind. Because now we understand better than before.

Put this letter in a large tree, it can be buried under the tree or tucked into a branch or at the base of the tree. But please do read the letter to the tree first. It is like sharing our experiences with friends in the world who have gone through a lot of things as well and grow together with us… This big tree will carry our growth with pride, just like in the trees themselves , that they were proud of their own growth through the seasons.
